Career Start Funding

The Career Start Program gives eligible Queenslanders the chance to begin or grow their careers through government-funded training in priority industries.

Funding Overview

Queensford College is proud to be an approved Skills Assure Supplier under the Queensland Government’s Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET).

Through this partnership, eligible Queensland residents can access a government-subsidised place in the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) — significantly reducing the cost of gaining a nationally recognised qualification in one of Australia’s fastest-growing sectors.

Eligibility criteria apply, so contact our team today to find out if you qualify for subsidised training and take the first step towards a rewarding career in aged care and disability support.

Eligible applicants are required to contribute to the costs of their training through a co-contribution fee. The fee may be paid on your behalf by an employer or another third party.

Fee-Free Training: Eligible Queensland Year 12 graduates may access CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support fee-free when transitioning to employment under Career Start.
